Once a new business strategy is defined, who are your Ideal Client Profile and what do we know about their challenges? Understanding this and being able to personalise new business activity that actual sovles a problem is one of the biggest areas for success. GAP will help define this and also provide data for these prospects. (We have access to over 275m business contacts)

How do we show value and trust?

Once your strategy and ICP are defined, GAP will support with the setup and outreach for an engagement with your prospects. We handle everything from platform management (CRM, outreach tools, AI options) to content planning based on problem solving / showcasing you as experts and sales best practices. Other than attending meetings, we’re handle everything else.

Will you personally drive leads?

All prospecting will be run through your agency (Either founders account or selected team), however GAP will do all research, setup, copywriting, design and running of any outreach on your behalf. It will also be managed through our specialist tools, so it won’t get in the way of you running your business.

What do contracts look like with GAP?

We operate on a straightforward day-rate model. Every agency will have different challenges, so we’ll help guide you on what is the best use our time. Typically though, our contracts begin with an intensive onboarding and set-up phase, transitioning into a monthly retainer. It's important to emphasise that the most effective new business strategies are long-term and designed to monitor and optimise your Ideal Client Profile (ICP) over a minimum of 12 months.
